Waste Bag FAQs
All our bags are collected via our grab lorry.
Our grab lorries are 9ft wide not including the vehicles mirrors, including the mirrors the vehicle requires 11ft clearance and are 29ft in length.
We would ask that the bag is left no further than 3 metres from the roadside so we can collect it easily for you. We can pick it up over a wall or fence that is adjacent to the roadside, but we would need to be informed of this before we arrive.
Our waste dumpy bags are 95cm x 75cm x 75cm which is the equivalent to 1m3 or 1.3 yds.
There is no time limit on bags. Simply call us to arrange collection when ready.

If you put your mobile phone number on the order form, you will be sent an SMS alert once your bag is on its way. Not going to be there when the bag arrives? No problem. Another SMS alert will tell you when the driver has arrived, and again when they have left. All free of charge.
Not going to be in but want the bag left in a specific spot? Is your house hard to find? Are there obstructions or hazards you want the driver to be aware of? Just add some pictures or notes to your order and we will take care of the rest.
