What We Recycle
After many years of manually sorting our waste, we have invested in a state of the art picking line. The Kiverco system installed by Blue Machinery not only increases production but helps us recycle a further 25%.
We operate a large recycling facility on Portland where all waste is brought in, segregated, cleaned, recovered, re-used and recycled. We aim to recycle as much as possible and strive to ensure all waste is diverted from landfill.
We process up to 4,000 tonnes per month through this plant using 12 local professional workers 6 days a week.
Our aim is to take an active role in minimizing the waste stream deposited at landfill sites. We believe by controlling waste and its environmental impact today, we are securing a cleaner tomorrow.
